Jode Brooks (Diploma of Remedial Massage, Cert 4 in Massage Therapies)

Jode's involvement in the sporting industry has lead her to specialise in sports and remedial massage. She excels at being able to grade the depth and strength of her massage techniques to suit her clients needs. Deep tissue is Jode's speciality, along with hot stone, trigger points, myofascial, positional release, relaxation, PNF stretches, mobilisations, therapeutic exercises, and gait and posture analysis.

Erin Rhodes (Dip.Remedial Massage,Dip Integrated Body Therapies, Cert IV Aromatherapy)

Erin studied at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney and completed her Diploma of Integrated Body Therapies & Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2006. After doing clinical hours at W&C Hospital in Sydney Erin became interested in Pregnancy and Postnatal massage. She believes it is a fantastic aid to use in easing the physical and emotional impact of pregnancy and aiding in the recovery process post birth. Erins also offers remedial massage (incorporating myofascial release, muscle energy techniques and PNF stretches), Personalised Aromatherapy, Hot Stone massage, and Lymphatic drainage.

Sherie Heyer (Diploma of Remedial Massage)

Sherie provides a treatment tailored to suit each client with emphasis on activating the body’s own healing system, working to assist in maintaining health and wellbeing.
Pressure varying from light, nurturing and calming to a firm, flowing remedial.
Combining a variety of modalities for relief of back, neck and shoulder pain and tightness, headaches, migraines, sinus and foot pain.
Special interest in Acupressure and Pregnancy Massage and providing individual and group sessions teaching parents Infant Massage.
Trained at Natural Health Academy of Australia (SA), Copeland College of Massage Therapy (VIC) and Melbourne Royal Children’s Hospital (VIC).
